Instructions
Salad
Toss the sliced cumbers, tomatoes and basil together in a bowl.
Marinade
Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic and pepper together. Add to salad and toss. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Optional
Sprinkle with a finishing salt (or any salt) and toss.
