  • 3-4 cups water or a mix of water and milk
  • 1 cup Steel-cut oats
  • 1 teaspoon Spice of your choice Vanilla, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Spice


  • Bring the water to a boil
  • Stir in the oats, salt, and seasoning
  • Return to a boil
  • Reduce heat to low
  • Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 week
